is illustrated in Diagram 5-13 and 5-14. It consists of controller, explosion-proof motor and co-axis vane pump. The inlet height of submersible pump is 150~250mmm from tank bottom. The motor lead of submersible pump is installed in capacitor box of upper controller. Exterior power supply is connec fuel dispenser ted into junction box of lower controller. After carefully inspection submersible pump and guiding pipe are mounted into 4’supporting pipe through lower controller, upper and lower part of controller are connected with screws in tank. Diagram 5-12: D421 Junction box wiring 2. Submersible pump wring The wiring of submersible pump is finished in controller, power supply and grounding line integrated in junction box that is sealed by rubber gasket. Connect the two black lines of power supply and controller, grounding line being fixed in junction box. The motor lead, black, brown and blue, respectively, are connected into capacitor box and sealed with rubber gasket. To connect the black lead of motor with the black in controller; brown with one of pins of capacitor, blue lead with the other terminal of capacitor after connecting with another black lead. Fuel dispenser debugging 3.1 It is absolutely prohibited to debu fuel dispenser g fuel dispenser using water rather than oil or fuel. Debugging procedure of fuel dispenser A universal inspection should be conducted before first debugging of fuel dispenser, eliminating various elements that affect operation, lead connection in particular. Computer display screen and presetting display should be carefully examined as switching on power, lighter in electric box also being check. Starting up suction pump and open nozzle, carefully examine all connection and sealed jointer face in case of leakage and penetration. Confirming each nozzle is corresponded to its produ

us the use of screw terminals is rather cumbersome and makes replacement and exchange rather more difficult than it needs to be. Often we also need to carry audio and video data around the forecourt and we do not necessarily want to install separate cables. C fuel dispenser onnector details for PC LonWorks interface cards can be found on the supplier s web site. Two commonly used suppliers are Echelon and Gesytec. Their web sites are www.echelon.com and www.gesytec.de respectively. 5.2.1 RJ45 Pin Connector Definition Several manufacturers have adopted the de-facto Echelon 1 8 standard of the RJ45 Connector. The contact pin allocation is given below; If the RJ45 socket is viewed from the outside with the electrical contacts at the top then pin 1 is the left hand pin and pin 8 is the right hand pin (see diagram alongside). Echelon has used the following pin allocation Pin 1-2 Lon Data Pin 3-4 Not allocated Pin 5-6 Not allocated Pin 7 Used in RS- fuel dispenser 485 implementations Pin 8 Reserved for future use (probably as a service pin) IFSF recommends the following: Pin 1-2 Lon Data Pin 3-4 fuel dispenser Audio (Voice and Music) Pin 5-6 TCPIP (Ethernet data) Pin 7 Reserved for Echelon use (RS-485 implementations) Pin 8 Reserved for Echelon use (probably as a service pin) 5.2.2 Wire Pair Colour Assignment Assuming 8 core (4 pair) wires are installed. The following colour ways are preferred: Pin 1-2 White Blue Lon Data Pin 3-4 White Orange Audio (Voice and

Most Iraqi politicians hated it too. President Jalal Talabani, a Kurd, called the report an “insultto Iraq s people. One of the country s most powerful Shia leaders, Abdulaziz al-Hakim, of the Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution in Iraq, said it contained “inaccurate information based on dishonest sources while other Iraqi officials dubbed its recommendations “half-bakedor unrealistic. Not surprisingly, the suggestion that most American troops could leave by 2008 was hailed by the insurgents as proof of their impending victory over the occupie fuel dispenser rs. Divided as they are, Iraqis have many different reasons for sniffing at the report. Some Sunnis fear that an early American withdrawal will leave them at the mercy of a government they deem a puppet of Iran. Kurds, for fuel dispenser their part, were particularly irked by the suggestion that a referendum on the disputed province of Kirkuk, which they say must be part of their autonomous region, should be delayed. But the most common reaction, at least among those who now dominate the Iraqi government and who suffered for fighting against Saddam Hussein in past decades, is that the report echoes the attitude of American officials in the 1980s and early 1990s, who seemed to prefer Sunni tyranny to the chaos they feared might ensue if a more democratic system were encouraged. “We can smell the a
