As past over long service time, parts abrasion universally or cylinder severely damaged, a new measurement transducer should be installed to replace old one. As find exterior leakage, firstly inspect the bolts corresponding to leak section. Tightly screw loose bolts, if leakage is continued, disconnect and inspect the seal ring and gasket relati fuel dispenser ve section. Substitute aging or damaged parts and reassemble. Apart fro fuel dispenser m the above reasons of extensive colloid and surface abrasion, these trouble also cause abnormal operation of measurement transducer, such as position pin fall down from piston or deformation, small axis lost on upper and lower connecting rod, loose fuel dispenser bolt between piston and connecting rod. The solution is that disassembling measurement transducer, replace damaged or unqualified components and reassemble. The products made in normal factory seldom appear these troubles. Since measurement transducer is core component of fuel dispenser, elaborate machining, disconnection and reassembly should be as careful as possible. All elements should be cleaned before reassembly, excluding water into inner. Bolts are tightened even and appropriately. Soft-piston measurement transducer As these merits --- small in size, light weight, beautiful appearance, high accuracy, piston exchangeable--- soft-piston measurement transducer is widely adapted in domestic fuel dispenser market. It generally involves two structures: four-piston structure and double-piston structure. The latter model is selected universally. Therefore, this article will introduce the structure, working principal and maintenance of four- piston measurement transducer. Structure Diagram 2-20 and Diagram 2-21 show the cutaway view and exploded drawing of four-piston measurement transducer that is widely employed. The transducer mainly consists of sealed cover, upper subassembly, export axis, frame subassembly, piston subassembly, connecting rod and top cover, clearly presenting in Diagram 2-20 and Diagram 2-21. PCD Comment: If the proprietary pump protocol doesn t support zero transactions the PCD will have to recognise the zero transaction situation and store the respective transaction details in the transaction buffer. Action : The FP stat fuel dispenser e change is send as an unsolicited data array fuel dispenser FP_Status_Message . TERMINATE_FP The FP is forced to move to the IDLE state. If a zero transaction is required (dictated by the contents of the data element ZeroTR_Mode fuel dispenser ) the transaction with a zero value must be stored in the transaction buffer. PCD Comment: As most proprietary FP s don t support the concept of terminating a SUSPENDED STARTED FP the PCD will have to manage the state transitions from SUSPENDED STARTED to IDLE. This action will involve dealing with the proprietary FP being IDLE but having its nozzle removed. The PCD must stop the proprietary pump dispensing fuel. If the proprietary pump protocol doesn t support zero transactions the PCD will have to recognise the zero transaction situation and store the respective transaction details in the transaction buffer. Action: The FP receives the Terminate_FP command. Action : The FP state change is send as an unsolicited data array FP_Status_Message . CLOSE_FP The FP will be closed down and the FP moves into the CLOSED state. If a zero transaction is required (dictated by the contents of the data element ZeroTR_Mode

l has become relentless, with the Mahdi Army, who support Muqtada al-Sadr, a populist Shia cleric, lashing out at various Sunni groups. In particular, both sides have been fighting to control parts of Baghdad where both Shias and Sunnis have lived together in mixed areas, especially where they lie either side of the big arterial roads heading fuel dispenser towards the heart of the city. In the past few days, at least 100 civilia fuel dispenser ns have been killed, many for no other reason than their sectarian origins. The militias and insurgents tell members of their own sect to stay in place, then set up checkpoints, slaughter members of the other group, and make survivors flee. Tit fuel dispenser -for-tat cycles of revenge now coincide with the cold-blooded logic of territorial control. The UN says that some 3,000 people are being killed each month in this bloodbath. Sectarian cleansing from disputed areas has grown fast. Some 162,000 Iraqis, including 30,000 this month alone, have registered as refugees. The Sunnis are sitting tight in their strongholds, such as Ghazaliya and Ameriya on the west of the city; in Karkh, on the west bank of the river; and in Adhamiya, on its north-eastern bank. The Shia heartland lies to the east, where the huge slum of Sadr City may harbour as many as 2m Shias; Shias also predominate in Kadhemiya and Shuala, to the north-west. Among the nastiest flashpoints are the southern suburb of Dora; the Jihad district in the west; around Sayediya and Ameriya in the south-west; and on the border between Shuala and Ghazaliya. One Shia official has recently been quoted saying that the main parties had more or less accepted the coming of a new status quo, and were simply looking for ways to divide the capital between them. Mr Maliki s government cannot, of course, acquiesce in such a partition, in the manner of Beirut s carve-up during its civil war it would end his unity coalition. Moreover, there does not appear to be a way to negotiate such a deal; Iraqi officials are still searching for interlocutors throu
